LAMBRETTA RETURNS POLICY
At Lambretta we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 14 days of you receiving your delivery.
Please return items back to us in the same condition you received them, with tags and labels attached, and preferably with all of the original packaging.
As a matter of hygiene, refunds or exchanges are not available on underwear if this has been taken out of the packaging.
Please note we do not offer a free returns service so a return will be at the cost of the customer.

Please note we do not allow customers to bring returns back to our warehouse in person for exchange or refund.
An item is classed as faulty when it has been received as damaged or has a manufacturing fault.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not deemed faulty.
On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item from us, you must send it back to us via post.
We will then be able to look into the possibility of a potential exchange or refund for you. Please be aware that we will only be able to replace it for another item in the same size at the same RRP.
Please take reasonable care of goods purchased from us. Until we have received your return the responsibility of the item/s lies with you, the customer. Therefore we recommend you using a trusted courier service and track your parcel.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. If you’re outside the UK it may take a little longer.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it within 48 hours.
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days of issue. It may take a further week for it to appear on your bank statement. This depends on your bank/card issuer.
GOODS PURCHASED IN OUR LAMBRETTA STORES
Any items that are returned to store must be taken back to the store that they were purchased from. A refund or exchange will be given within 28 days.
Goods returned must be unworn, in a saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached with a valid proof of purchase. We will accept either a paper till receipt or a copy of the eReceipt.
Refunds and exchanges can only be made in country of purchase and made against the original form of payment. Goods purchased in a Lambretta store cannot be refunded online via our website.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you need to change your billing address, email address or phone number associated with your account please contact us at email@example.com we will make all the changes needed for you.
Lambretta Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders where:
1) Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you, the customer, have provided to us, for example, where you provide us with: an incorrect payment card number, expiry date or card security value number; incorrect billing information (e.g. where the billing information you provide is different from the information that the bank or building society which issued your payment card has on record); insufficient or an incorrect shipping address (i.e. street address, city, country or postcode); or fraudulent information;
2) There is an error on our Site relating to the Merchandise that you have Ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the Merchandise as displayed on our Site; or
3) The Merchandise that you have ordered is no longer available through our Site.
We will, unless we suspect that your order was placed for fraudulent purposes, send you an email, to the email address that you have provided to us, if we are unable to accept your order, informing you of the reason.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items won in our Giveaways.
Lambretta reserve the right (under certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for further inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
